At DR. CASE, we stand behind the quality of our products with pride. All DR. CASE products come with a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. We want you to love your DR. CASE gear as much as we love making it!

Please note that this limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as rips, tears, peeling, rust, or fading. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or rough handling during transport (e.g., airlines) is also excluded, unless determined by DR. CASE to be a defect in materials or manufacturing.

DR. CASE Limited 1-Year Warranty Terms & Conditions

  1. Warranty Coverage
 CASE guarantees its products against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, valid only for the original purchaser.
  2. Exclusions
This warranty does NOT cover:
    • Normal wear and tear such as rips, tears, peeling, rust, fading.
    • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or rough handling during transport (e.g., airlines).
    • Modifications, unauthorized repairs or servicing.
    • Products not purchased from authorized DR. CASE dealers.
  3. Claim Process
    • Customers in Indonesiamay file claims directly to the DR. CASE head office.
    • Customers outside Indonesiashould contact the authorized DR. CASE distributor or dealer in their country.
    • Claims must be submitted in writing via email or mail, including:
 Full product details
• Photos showing the defect
• Proof of purchase
    • CASE or the authorized distributor will evaluate the claim and, if approved, repair or replace the product at their discretion.
  4. Product Return
    • For approved claims in Indonesia, a prepaid return label will be provided to send back the defective product.
  5. Limitations
 CASE is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages including personal injury, property damage, lost profits, or rental costs.
  6. Warranty Transfer
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless agreed upon in writing by DR. CASE.
  7. Legal Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Your rights may vary depending on your jurisdiction.

A: Yes. For approved claims in Indonesia, you will receive instructions and a prepaid return label.

Q: Can the warranty be transferred?
A: No, it is only valid for the original purchaser unless otherwise agreed by DR. CASE.
